The Davis Property Tax Group is owned and managed by Tillman Davis. Tillman has a passion for helping property owners work smarter and maximize profits by minimizing their property tax burden. Tillman has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He is also a Licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant, a Certified Member of the Institute of Professionals in Taxation (CMI), and a member of the Texas Taxpayer and Research Association. With over a decade of ad valorem tax experience, Tillman has worked with a variety of properties throughout the country protesting values at the local and state levels.
Tillman currently lives in Boerne, Texas with his wife and 3 boys. He enjoys playing sports with his boys, watching the Aggies, and raising livestock. While he is local to Kendall County and specializes in counties surrounding San Antonio, he is always willing to travel the state helping his clientele.
