Filing Your Return

We will assist in the filing of your property return to make sure it is filed timely and correctly. We will also do a review of former taxable assets to verify accuracy.

Notice Of Value

Step 3
Once your notice of value is received, we will do a thorough review of your property valuation and determine whether you have been granted a fair and equitable value.

Protest Filing

Step 4
If deemed necessary, we will do a market analysis to determine if a protest is warranted. If necessary, we will ensure that a protest is filed timely and correctly.

Negotiation And Hearing

Step 5
We will conduct both formal and informal meetings on your behalf in an attempt to settle your property value. If we aren’t able to reach an agreement, then we will represent you at the formal hearing on your property

Finalize Settlement

Step 6
Once a fair and equitable value has been agreed upon, we will consult with you to make sure that you understand the value and the savings that you should see when your tax bill arrives.

Tax Bill Review

Step 7
Once the final tax bill is received, we will review it with your settlement statement to ensure that all tax savings have been realized for the current tax year.
